Wychavon Town SPD Adopted

The Wychavon Town Spatial Framework SPD was formally adopted on 24 June 2026 by Wychavon District Council, following consultation in early 2026.

The purpose of the SPD is to provide guidance to developers, council officers, stakeholders and infrastructure providers as to how a mixed community of both housing, employment, educational and community facilities will be developed to create a successful new settlement. The SPD will be a material consideration in determining planning applications for developments at Wychavon Town. The SPD sets out an overarching spatial framework alongside a series of town wider strategies as required by Policy SWDPR 55.
