Residential Development Application Submitted

Wain Estates have submitted their planning application for residential development at Wychavon Town.

The application forms a part of the southern neighbourhood, known as Abbotswood Ridge. It includes up to 1,200 dwellings, a local centre, mobility hubs, 2FE primary school and early year provision, open space, sports pitches, sustainable urban drainage system (SuDS) and associated infrastructure.
